Subscriptions are billed monthly via Paystack. Your monthly fee is charged on the same day each month, and transaction fees are deducted from each sale automatically.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you can downgrade to the Starter plan.
Your hosted files remain accessible for 30 days after downgrading. We recommend migrating to your own hosting solution before the grace period ends.
Transaction fees are automatically deducted from each sale. For example, on a 100 GHS sale:
- Starter: 5 GHS fee (5%), you receive 95 GHS
- Creator: 3 GHS fee (3%), you receive 97 GHS
- Business: 1 GHS fee (1%), you receive 99 GHS
