Payment Flow

- ✓Funds appear in your Skillspad balance
- ✓You can withdraw to your bank or mobile money account
Transaction Fees
- •Starter: 7% platform fee per sale
- •Growth: 5% platform fee per sale
- •Creator: 4% platform fee per sale
- •Business: 2.5% platform fee per sale
- •Scale: 2% platform fee per sale
- •Enterprise: 1% platform fee per sale (negotiated for your volume)
- •Paystack collection fee (~1.95% + GHS 0.01) added to buyer's total
- •Payout charge: GHS 1 (MoMo) or GHS 8 (Bank) once per payout, not per sale
- •No hidden fees or surprise charges
Payout Methods
- •Bank Transfer: Direct to your Ghana bank account
- •Mobile Money: MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo
- •Clearing: an order becomes withdrawable 24 hours after the buyer paid
- •Minimum Payout: GHS 50 of cleared balance
- •You request the payout, we review it, then the transfer goes out — the payouts page shows which step you're on
- •Processing Time: usually minutes once the transfer is released, up to 24 hours around bank holidays

Refunds & Disputes
- •A buyer who wants a refund contacts support — there is no self-service refund button
- •Support reviews the request with you, and a Skillspad admin issues the refund through Paystack
- •A refunded order reverses the credit for that sale on your balance
- •Cancelling a pre-order is the one case that refunds every buyer at once, from the product's own panel
- •Approved refunds usually reach the buyer within 3-5 business days
- •Dispute resolution support available
