At Skillspad, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for products purchased through our platform.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once you have accessed or downloaded the product. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product you received is significantly different from what was described
  • The product files are corrupted or inaccessible
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase
  • The creator has not delivered the product or service as promised
  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed the product content

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products that have been fully accessed or downloaded
  • Change of mind after accessing the product content
  • Failure to understand the product description before purchase
  • Technical issues on your end (incompatible devices, insufficient storage, etc.)
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact the product creator directly through their profile or support channel
  2. If you cannot reach the creator or are unsatisfied with their response, contact Skillspad support at support@skillspad.com
  3. Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
  4. Allow up to 5-7 business days for us to review your request

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Subscription Services

For subscription-based products or memberships, you may cancel at any time. However, refunds for partial subscription periods are not provided. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

Creator Responsibilities

Creators on Skillspad are responsible for honoring legitimate refund requests. Skillspad reserves the right to issue refunds on behalf of creators if they fail to respond to valid refund requests or if the product does not meet our quality standards.

Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a refund decision, you may escalate it to Skillspad support. We will review the case and make a final determination based on our policies and the evidence provided.
