How to Create Systems Products (Business Only)

Systems products are comprehensive business documentation, workflows, and processes. This is a Business-only feature.

Step 1: Product Details
Start by adding your system details
- ✓Click 'Add a new product' from Creator Dashboard
- ✓Click 'Add details' button
- ✓Enter title (e.g., 'Customer Onboarding System')
- ✓Write description of system benefits
- ✓Select 'Systems' as category
- ✓Add relevant tags (optional)
- ✓Click 'Save & continue'

Step 2: Thumbnail
Upload a cover image
- ✓Click 'Add thumbnail' button
- ✓Upload image (recommended: 1200x630px) or paste URL
- ✓Click 'Save & continue'

Step 2b: Gallery (Optional)
Add up to 3 additional images
- ✓Click 'Add gallery' button
- ✓Upload images showing system diagrams, workflow charts, or process maps
- ✓Click 'Save & continue'

Step 3: Pricing
Set your system price
- ✓Click 'Set price' button
- ✓Enter price in GHS
- ✓Optional: Set discounted price
- ✓Click 'Save & continue'

Step 4: File Upload
Add system documentation file
- ✓Starter Tier: Paste external link
- ✓Creator/Business: Upload files or use link
- ✓Click 'Save & continue'

Step 5: Marketing Video (Optional)
Add a promo video
- ✓Click 'Add video link' button
- ✓Paste video URL showing system overview and implementation
- ✓Click 'Save & continue'

Step 6: System Components
Define your system components and processes
- ✓Click 'Build system' button
- ✓Click 'Add Component' for each major component
- ✓Enter component name and description
- ✓Click 'Add Process' within each component
- ✓Document process details: name, description, workflow, integrations
- ✓Add more processes and components as needed
- ✓Click 'Save & continue'

Step 7: Publish
Launch your system
- ✓Review all components and processes
- ✓Click 'Publish product'

- Document every process thoroughly
